Leadership development that changes how your managers actually behave

Most training gets forgotten within a fortnight. Our programmes run over 12 weeks, with live coaching between sessions, so new habits stick. We work with teams of 6 to 20 across Wales and the wider UK.

Four phases, twelve weeks, measurable change

1. Diagnostic interviews

Before anything else, we talk to the people who report to your managers. Not a survey with 47 Likert-scale questions: a 20-minute structured conversation. We want to know what leadership actually looks like on the ground, not what HR hopes it looks like. This takes about a week and produces a candid baseline report.

2. Intensive workshops (weeks 2 to 4)

Three half-day sessions, each focused on a single skill area identified in the diagnostic. We keep groups between 6 and 12 people. Every session ends with a specific commitment: something each participant will do differently in the next seven days. Not a vague intention, a concrete action with a deadline.

3. Coaching sprints (weeks 5 to 10)

Each participant gets a fortnightly 45-minute coaching call with one of our facilitators. These calls are not therapy. They focus on the commitments made in the workshops: what happened, what got in the way, what to try next. We also run a shared Slack channel for the cohort so participants can compare notes between calls.

4. Impact review (weeks 11 to 12)

We go back to the same direct reports we interviewed at the start and ask the same questions. The comparison gives you hard evidence of behavioural change, not just participant satisfaction scores. You receive a written report with specific recommendations for sustaining progress after the programme ends.

Pick the format that fits your team

Individual executive coaching

Six or twelve sessions for a single leader who needs focused support. Common triggers include a recent promotion, a restructure, or persistent feedback about communication style. Sessions run fortnightly, 60 minutes each, by video or in person.

Team leadership programme

The full 12-week programme described above. Designed for intact teams or cross-functional cohorts of 6 to 20 people. Pricing depends on group size and the number of coaching sprints required. Most organisations invest between £8,000 and £18,000 per cohort.

In-house facilitator training

Want to build internal coaching capacity? We train two to four of your people to deliver our workshop methodology themselves. The train-the-trainer programme runs over eight weeks and includes observed practice sessions with real feedback, not just a certificate and a handshake.

Numbers from our last four cohorts (2024 to 2025)

89%
of direct reports noted visible behaviour change at the 12-week review
73
managers completed the full programme across 4 organisations
4.6/5
average facilitator rating (participant feedback, anonymous)
96%
programme completion rate (only 3 of 73 participants withdrew)

Things people ask before signing up

The group programme works best with 6 to 20 participants. Fewer than six and the peer-learning dynamic weakens. More than 20 and individual coaching time gets squeezed. If you have a larger population, we split into parallel cohorts and stagger the start dates by two weeks.
Yes. About half our cohorts since 2023 have been fully remote. Workshops run on Zoom with breakout rooms, and coaching calls work well over video. That said, if your team can gather in person for the three workshop days, the energy is noticeably different. We are happy to do a hybrid model too.
That is exactly what the coaching sprints are for. If someone consistently cannot follow through, we explore whether the obstacle is skill, confidence, or context. Sometimes the issue turns out to be a structural problem in the organisation rather than a personal gap. When that happens, we flag it in the impact review so leadership can address it.
We are based in Framiwick but work across the UK. Recent clients include organisations in Bristol, Birmingham, and Edinburgh. For in-person workshops outside Wales, we add travel costs at actual expense, no mark-up.
Typically three to four weeks from the diagnostic call to the first workshop. The diagnostic interviews take about a week, then we need a few days to prepare tailored materials. If you have an urgent need, we have occasionally compressed the timeline to two weeks, but that requires fast scheduling on your end.

Book a diagnostic call

The diagnostic call is free, lasts about 30 minutes, and has no obligations attached. We will ask about your team size, the specific challenges you are seeing, and what good leadership looks like in your context. If we think we can help, we will outline a proposed programme and fee. If we think someone else would be a better fit, we will say so.
